This isn't the first time we have been to Morston Hall, and the quality of the whole experience was again simply outstanding. We went primarily for the tasting menu in the evening and stayed the night so both of us could enjoy the full experience. The food was stunning to look at when put in front of you, and the flavours and textures were amazing. Excellent cocktails to start with and we were recommended a wine that went well with all courses. The next time we will go with their recommended wine flight, matching a wine with each course. Breakfast was very good as well. The service was excellent and everyone knew exactly what the ingredients were in each course. We will return.

Enjoyed the 'new launch' Sunday lunch today and we really enjoyed to start 3 canapes and breads , then a choice from 3 starters , 3 mains and 3 deserts . Great selection to suit preferences for each course , great tastes and fantastic value . Excellent service and a warm welcome .

I came here for Afternoon Tea which was divine! The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and professional. The conservatory was light bright and tastefully decorated overlooking the garden with an amazing lawn. The food was delicious and the cakes and scones were an absolute delight to eat! It was an afternoon tea like no other! What was also lovely was the Chef Galton Blackiston came out to check everything was ok for us and asked if we needed anything else. The personal touch makes all the difference. Thank you

Our latest visit was on New Years Eve for lunch and as always it was a wonderful experience. Food staff and surroundings all fabulous, it is our absolute favourite place to stay and eat. Rooms are all comfortable and clean and beautifully appointed. Food always worthy of the Michelin star, not sure why they still only have one! The staff really make the place great too. Always friendly helpful and often amusing. I saw a comment about not allowing children and therefore the person gave a one star review. Well many places have this policy. It is entirely up to each place to decide who they cater for, it does not make them bad!

We stayed for 1 night as part of a large group (celebrating a significant birthday). We had the tasting menu with wine pairings. The food and service were fabulous. Our room (at the end of the garden in the new block) was large and comfortable (though perhaps the design could be a bit more adventurous). The garden is lovely, and despite the mixed waether we did manage to have a champagne aperitif on the lawn before eating. The staff were professional and charming throughout our stay. A lovely treat (but super expensive).
